Furniture / Oversized Items:

In order to ensure that your furniture makes it to your space safely and in pristine condition, we deliver all oversized pieces through a “White Glove” service.  Your furniture will go through a thorough inspection prior to delivering to your home.  On delivery day, our professionals will bring the furniture into your home and place it in the area of your choice.  They will assemble your furniture as needed and remove all packaging and debris.  We feel “White Glove” is the only way to deliver quality furniture to our customers.

 

We charge a flat fee of $149 per order for our “White Glove” Delivery service.   This means that you can place multiple items in one order and still pay only $149.  

 

Please be sure to inspect each piece during delivery and inform the delivery personnel about any damage.  Any damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork that you sign.  We can only process damage claims noted on the delivery paperwork.

You may choose to pick-up your furniture at our store for free. Please ensure that each piece will fit in your vehicle.

Smaller Items / accessories:

On smaller items meeting size and weight guidelines, we will ship to you via normal FedEx/UPS ground service.  These items will come in its original packaging.  Items may require light assembly.  

Return Policy

Please be sure that the dimensions, finishes and colors of your purchases are appropriate for your space and usage before purchasing.  Timbre & Rye will process refunds or exchanges for damaged products that are noted during delivery on your signed delivery documents.  

Returns will be accepted on all items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.  Timbre & Rye will refund the merchandise purchase price only and applicable taxes.  Delivery fees are non-refundable.  Return delivery and restocking fees will also be applied for furniture requiring in home pick-up.   If your items were delivered for free, the costs incurred by us to deliver (appx. $150 per item), will not be refunded.

Thank you for shopping at Timbre & Rye.  Please take note of all dimensions and product descriptions.  You are responsible to ensure each piece of furniture will fit in your space before purchasing.  

 

Our furniture is delivered by a "White Glove" delivery service.  Each piece will be placed in the room of your choice and assembled when applicable.  Please be sure to inspect each piece during delivery and inform the delivery personnel about any damage.  Any damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork that you sign.  We can only process damage claims noted on the delivery paperwork.

 

Please note that many of our furniture pieces are made using reclaimed wood.  There are inherent imperfections associated with furniture made from reclaimed wood including, but not limited to, nail holes, knots, indents, unevenness, cracking and discoloration.  Please be sure to read the notes about each piece regarding the level of distress. 

 

Please read all product notes about the finishes on each furniture piece.  In an effort to display the natural beauty and textures of the wood, some of our pieces are minimally finished making them susceptible to stains and damage from liquids and harsh cleaning chemicals.  Please determine if an unprotected table is appropriate for your needs before purchasing.  We will not process refunds or damage claims for tables that incur liquid or chemical damage.
